Hello, my name is Justin Mingo, creator of Fitness For Real People.  Your visiting my site indicates you're interested in improving your health and fitness and quality of life. Whether it's to lose weight, gain muscle and strength, improve balance and mobility, or even to run a marathon, the tools I offer will help you reach your vision of health.

What I don't offer are gimmicks, pills, injections, or extremes.  Instead you will discover what has held you back from attaining your Vision of Health.  You will learn how to successfully set and then reach your goals.  You will have one on one support and you will be held accountable.

If you are serious about improving your quality of life, it will require work, sacrifice, and determination.  We have been diluted into believing there are easy solutions for our health problems, and for the obesity crisis, thinking we can just take a pill or an injection and it will easily all go away. But we know that is not true. For every successful endeavor you have had in life you have had to work, you have had to sacrifice, you have had to have determination, and you have had to have a support team around you that has held you accountable and has cheered you on, wanting you to be successful.
